i am very impatient when i expect certain technologies to be fast.
for what a laptop is worth, i find it very hard to tolerate the lag in speed, even by a second.
so when the page does not load, i hit the enter button continuously.
when the laptop hangs, i click my mouse non stop.
then proceed to ctrl-alt-del and end all task.
or i simply shut down.
we have a love hate relationship with technology.
mostly love, and extreme impatience. like when excel hangs on a new laptop after half an hour. or when my own laptop hangs when i enter a site full of pictures. it's a wonder my laptop is still in good condition going in its 5th year now, and dropped twice, and kena virus plenty times.
