how to overcome those clumsy days?

i was walking and i tripped extremely embarrassingly in front of the rest of my course mates while walking to lunch. didn't fall, but none the less, embarrassing.
and then i tend to be not very elegant when pulling out the chair and sitting down, u know, like make a lot of noise with the banging and stuff.

how to get rid of those clumsy days? i think i've had enough of falling and tripping. it happens well, pretty often. and i am most afraid of bruising my arms or face. eww.

and i'm looking at a hectic 3 weeks ahead. someone kill me pls. i need a happy crazy distraction =) pls take this stress away, and it is not work induced stress. tsk.
