touchdown in UK =)

after procrastinating for so long, i'm finally setting my butt down and do some interesting (hopefully!) blogging. let's go!

(alexander's playing on channel 5 now and i'm not quite getting the show)
~
2.5 hrs from sg to bkk. and 3 hrs of wait in bkk.

some ice cream for the soul. yeah after i saw the unsuccessful appeal email, it didn't matter i was having ice cream like the 4th time in a week.

and the automated sms simply cannot stop coming in. i must have gotten like 8 "welcome to thailand" "you can do this this this to call home" kind of msgs.
then it was 10 hrs on the plane next to some rich thai mother and son and pretty much sleeping away.
thai airways didn't have seats with personal screens.

touched down at london heathrow but i was kinda oddly calm :S
i thought we had to smell a different air or get butterflies in our tummies in a foreign country. but nope! haha. watever =D

my ride came and it took us 2 hours to get to canterbury =)
it was 9pm and still bright!
(ya la i sua ku to find it amusing k =D )
but before we head home, dami + raz took me for a drive around University of Kent (where they study of course), and then we got some kebabs, the best in town, and head back home.

the house was small and narrow but no complaints when u're staying at a fran's place FOC rite =) plus this was the most decent house she could get for a month's rent.

next morning, view out of my room:

raz brought me for a walk around town, which was just 5 minutes walk away from her home.
location is just about the best thing bout her house. hehe.
she got her waxing and we both got our nails done. and had some Pasty pastries =D

then we bummed around, trying to get tics to edinburgh until it was dinner time.

headed to Zizzi's for dinner.
do not be fooled by the pretty facade.
the food does not match up.
tsk tsk.
but we had fun insulting the place tho =D

raz looking pissy blabbering "i told you so!" bla bla bla and i'm like "walau u actually allowed me to dine here!"
and continued force feeding me tiramisu pretending we're having a great time

the food really wasn't that bad la =D we're jus a couple of bitches having fun =)

after that, pump diesel. once again, raz amazed me: she knows how to use the diesel pumping thing! *gasps*

last mission of the night: head down to school to book and print train tics to edinburgh.
and hang out with humongous insects everywhere, even in the computer labs.
