happiest day of your life.

today i was waiting for my da bao food from ding tai feng. so there i was sitting there with the free tea (or so they claimed. but i tink it's because i paid the service charge) and just looking around. then this grandma-age-looking lady walks out with a lil girl in hand, and two boys behind her. the two boys might have been holding hands or walking real close i dunno. and this lil boy was so cute

"i think this is the happiest day of my life. eat until so full!" oh man he was so amusing. how can eating good food make his day the happiest day of his life!? hehe. don't we just miss those days when something so little could just make our day seem like the best day, everyday.

when was your happiest day of your life? there must have been so many i don't tink anyone can really pinpoint it.

my happiest daysS of my life was in los angeles. well not exactly in LA, more like in california. yeah we had some shits and responsibilities and had to take care of ourselves and made sure we survived, but how often can we travel every weekend, had so much fun all the time. even if we did have to go to school and do assignments, i actually LIKED writing essays. let's just ignore studying for social demographics i hate memorizing stuff. the essay writings and readings made me more aware how the society works, and THAT is sth i would deem USEFUL. i wouldn't wanna live life being a lil ignorant bitch right.

the only thing that makes it less perfect is that my mum and friends weren't there with me. but they were really the happiest days of my life, at least they are for my short 21 years on earth.

every turn of the corner was sth new.
every thing we ate we've never had before.
i'd knock out at the start of the engine. and every time i wake up from the long drives, we're at somewhere i've never been before.
those long roads, highways, endless fields and beaches.
even the air we breathe wasn't the same. (well LA is known for being hazy and unhealthy air and stuff. but i never really did notice)

u share an apartment with 4 other people who aren't family, it's a different experience.
when we live with family we take things for granted. no please and thank yous. mummy was always suppose to clean my dishes and wash my clothes. dad was always there to irritate me and i'd shout at my bro when i wanted to.

and what about seeing your love everyday all day. the first person u see in the morning and the last person u say goodnight to.
and when we'd be rushing our assignments, rach and i always stayed up and even watched the sun rise. hehe we knew the exact time the sun would shine on our living area before we went to bed.
and when baby boon would be playing game until i finish my work and vet my journals and essays even when his eyes were closing.
i don't enjoy being bullied but it sure is different when you have pple suaning you and everyone laughing over it.

AND I REALLY APPRECIATED VINCE AND JL PICKING ME UP WHEN I FELL. it was so funny at that point in time. but when i fell again ALONE IN TOWN, it was not funny at all. made me realise i was SO LUCKY to have pple picking me up and laughing with me.

ok this post is getting draggy and rambling-ish.

we must work hard for exams! *sobz* it's draining just thinking bout it.
