colors on blogspot a bit limited. but at least i've never used light grey b4 rite? :)
oh man. sometimes when no one's really free or interested in going places with me, i can count on my mum and dad!
benefits:
- can sit and relac jack in the car when dad drives.
- i can choose where to go, what to eat.
- and of course, i don't have to pay a single cent! muahaha.
but of course, there's always that occasional nagging and disagreements and stuff. at least now i control my temper better and hardly shout/quarrel with my dad.
so on our way to Ikea, my dad starts talking bout our estate's en-bloc, for the thousandth time even tho nothing's confirmed. then my mum asks me if i was gonna move out. and i said yes in a part-joking part-serious manner.
well i've been thinking bout it for a long time actually. not that i hate staying at home, but i'd love to live alone and have the privacy and independence that i know i can handle. not any time soon of course la. must have stable job and income then maybe move out. but i could never figure out how to ask my mum what she thinks bout it. thank goodness she mentioned it today =)
then i sort of continued the conversation when we were walking around Courts, and she was like "move out for what?!" then it was pretty obvious she was against it. she probably thinks it's kinda like i'm leaving them, and on top of that, my house will most likely turn into a pig sty, which will in turn make me decide to move back home again. in any ways, i don't intend to argue with her. it's a long way more. and right now, i don't even know what i want to do with my life, much less think about any other rubbish stuff.
after we left Ikea, my dad was gonna top up petrol and then we passed by Bishan Park and i saw the red bridges and exercise corner and i was waiting to pass by the car park. but the only car park was at the other ugly end of Bishan park. darn. and then i remembered once upon a time, i was 12 and i had many friends on marymount and i was primary six.. and when i was 12, i had an afternoon potluck picnic. and my friend's mother impressed/shocked/mixed feelings bout the long hair tail i had from behind my right ear.
well see, when i was primary 6, i had bob short hair but i always told the salon auntie to grow a tail for me behind my right ear. and every morning b4 i leave home, i'd wrap the tail around my ear and cover my ear with the rest of my hair. and all these while i was a Prefect in school.
I WAS A WEIRD KID -_-
now that i've grown up, i just wanna be less weird, more normal. less smelly, more style. less out of place, more comfortable in my own skin. less temperamental, more chirpy. am i the only one who feels this way? =)
