the geminids meteor shower turned out better than i thought it would...
well, at least there were people who showed up. cuz looking up at the skies, i didn't think pple would wanna come. the rain was coming and going so unpredictably. the clouds came and went, and came back again. but it was a good few hours we had.
and i survived it. i guess over the years, i've slowly evolved into this person who needed a 'somebody' to be there at observations with me. sometimes it was boon, or arjun, or kk, or at least someone familiar, someone i've talked to beyond an acquaintance level.
i was pretty much an independent individual back then. then i made some really good friends and forgot how it was like to be at an observation independently with no good friends.
and it wasn't that bad =) at least i talk more nowadays than in the past. all you gotta do, is sit and just talk randomly to anyone. or just help anyone out looking for sth in the skies, the map, through the binoculars or telescope.
i think i'm getting the hang of this. must always try to make the best out of everything =)
