was good i guess. the weather was good, really cold, and quite shiok to know that while we were away in genting, my mum complained that it was bloody warm in singapore. whoot! the rides were so-so, baby was great to be with. absolutely shagged out by 10p.m on the first day! that's so early man! and not enough time to do shopping =( boo. for your info, there IS actually shopping at genting! a shopping plaza there, and the clothes aren't the typical ugly malaysian clothes. they're not cheap, but at least they're brands not found in singapore, so u won't find someone else wearing the same thing as you =) skipped the cable car rides cuz we were too lazy to get our fat ass off the bed. caught part of the movie "Ghost Ship" before we checked out, and it's not as rubbish as i thought it was!

really would have been great if any of our friends could join us. i mean, the more the merrier, and there could actually be pple taking photos for us! cuz there's hardly any pics of anna and boonie together... p.s. the more the merrier does not refer to getting drunk and wasted at night with cheap lousy booze in a foreign country. if anyone would have wanted to come along jus so they could get wasted at the bar at night, then thank goodness i don't know you.

so after nua-ing ard for an hour at coffee bean, we decided to take a walk around genting, when the sun wasn't up and the shops were still closed, and boy was it cold!

there's not much walking to be done actually. genting's not that big to walk for like, half a day. so we headed back to the lobby, and slept till 8ish when shops and all started to open =)

got the express tics for theme park, so can cut queue whenever we wanted! but only allowed one cut per game la. imagine this chinese couple running around the themepark at 8 in the morning! lol.



after a couple of not-so-exciting kiddish family rides, this one was one of the more refreshing ones. this cost us an extra RM10 per person per ride. u know how all the other rides were taken seated straight up? this one is like, u go onto the ride standing up vertically, then when the ride starts, it tilts forward so the weight is on the front of the body. well obviously these pple in the pic are not us! jus taken to show wat it was like =) it's not hair raising scary, but was definitely an interesting ride =) check out the colors, suppose to look like superman or spiderman i think =)



this the toboggan. nothing exciting la. jus goes down by the weight of your own body. nothing scary, although i tink the twists and turns may have made my neck worse thru out the day. the small pain in my neck in the morning grew over the day, until it was impossible to turn my head left at all, by the time we went to bed -_-



don't know why, someone's looking real sad like he's behind the bars. lol.

everything straight turns crooked and curvy. my face suddenly looks too big for my body! all the colors like merging into a mixed palatte of colors (does this sound familiar like from some literature text??? ) it's just all a swirl of colors... so fun! hee.



(i dunno how to rotate this pic la) anyways, there are probably scarier and taller rides than this. definitely a taller and more frightening one in australia movie world or sth. but this ride, literally took my breath away. it goes up and up, and when it's up there, there is no warning watsoever when it's gonna fall. the fall from the top to the middle part where it stops, my single breath was not enough to last the scream, i had to stop screaming, take a deep breath, and continue screaming! and the 1st second it starts falling, i jus lifted off the seat like nobody's business! gosh. i swear my heart was at the tip of my tongue! but then, it was quite shiok la =D hee. i tink we probably took it bout 2 or 3 more times. damn shiok! haha =D

well, there were other rides we took with no pics. there was one, which was for kids, but we took it nevertheless cuz we were too bored. it was the tea cup one, where u'd sit in the tea cup, and it's spin as fast as u turn the middle knob. a warning to all: never make the tea cup ride the first few rides of the day. it spun so bad, i was feeling nauseous the whole day! sheesh. haha.

then there was the "first roller coaster ride in malaysia", and we wonder if it was bullshit. took it a couple of times, no queue. and i jus absolutely cannot bring myself to lift my hands off the bar! it's natural reaction! dear boonie pulled my hands off the bar when the roller coaster fell. and i was quite paisay when at one of the rides, the two little boys in front of us didn't scream at all, and i was obviously the screamer -_-

and there were other rides. and there was the fucking cock up "cockscrew" ride which was under maintenance on a sunday. i was soooo looking forward to that ride! the last time i went, i had no express pass, and the queue to the ride was more than an hour away. who in the right mind would service the most popular ride on a sunday? bloody cocks.

ok i've been hunching over to type my laptop that's on the floor. it's gonna be 4a.m. soon and i'm so totally screwed with a whole load of shit work i have yet to start and half the hols is gone already. will now post all the remaining pics and go sleep =D



we had buffet dinner for jus like, 15 sing dollars. quite cheap la, cuz oso got discount after 8.30p.m for hotel guests. food's actually not bad! *gasps* aren't we all surprised? =) dear boonie finished his 4th plate when i was clearing my 2nd. he obvioiusly looked sian, cuz we were both totally tired out by the end of the day. i HAD to go shopping after dinner, at wherever that was still open. becuz i was so sure we'd oversleep the next morning and not have any time to go shopping. boonie baby, despite being so tired (and so was i!), dragged both our ass to get a shirt for my bro, out of filial piety to my mum who told me to get sth for my bro's lack-of-variety wardrobe. then we headed back to room and BOM, K.O. =) dead tired.



last day, as expected, got out of bed at like, 10a.m. nua ard the room, and channel surfed till we caught "Ghost Ship" at one of the channels. then jus half packed half watched till noon. checked out, and jalan around a little, till i decided to take a pic of the above. the shop says "herbal jelly". the pic is of a bowl of herbal jelly. asked the counter lady if they sell herbal jelly, she said "no we don't sell that."
