so i'm blogging now, to see how long more before the laptop hangs. and also cuz i haven't typed and used my laptop in a long long time! i miss my LV!!! (the name of my laptop is LV :D so that when someone asks me if i have an LV, i can say i have! hee)
now channel 5 showing re-run of the bachelorette. i'm so freaking glad they're showing something watch-able in the middle of the night, FINALLY! i still don't get the concept of the show. how is it possible for the Bachelorette to fall for more than one guy at one time? how can she kiss all of them with the same amount of love for each of them? that's just almost not possible by common sense. and how is it possible for all the guys who turn up to like the Bachelorette? i mean, what are the chances of a room full of guys, to all fall for one lady? now she's meeting all their families la. but how is it that her choices are to be affected by the guy's family? afterall, u're choosing and marrying the man you love, not his family. it's not his family that she's gonna live the entire life with, it's the guy! maybe she might not fit in at first, that can be solved and worked out later on. but that's not suppose to be any important deciding factor when choosing a guy, is it? at least this lady's not some stupid bimbo like that trista(or trisha??) from the last season. she's not as pretty as that dumb bimbo, but she looks smarter and more focussed and not all consumed by the limelight she's getting. ryan and trista/trisha are broken up! haha!
on a lighter note, i had a beautiful dinner this evening, at "My Secret Garden". =) hidden at a corner of 161 Middle Road, it really was a secret place, cuz there wasn't even any signboard along the road for passer bys to recognize it by. the food wasn't super a lot. just the right amount, but totally burnt a hole in the pocket. (82 bucks btw 2 pple not ex la. but considering we're not working, it's quite steep.) we had a baked bruschetta for starter, shared 2 mains, seafood aglio olio spaghetti and oxtail, a brownie with vanilla ice cream for dessert, and a pot of 'digest' spa tea. check out www.mysg.com.sg for the secretive place... very good ambience with yummy food. =)
oh my gosh! this show, 'COPS' on tv now is showing how cops catch law breakers, and this episode is to catch prostitutes, in a certain ang moh country. (i feel bad typing out the name of the country.) these ladies are soliciting for sex, for damn cheap price! the first lady's price was 25USD, second lady was 10USD, third lady was a black lady for 20USD. i mean, what shit! how can sex have a price to it, and a really low price i must say. it's like sex was just another 'thing' anyone can get off the rack. it's just appalling how these women treat sex lightly, no dignity.
ok now that my laptop is working, i'm starting on The OC! yippee! boon's sis, jamie, lent me her dvds =D
